Monali has a wonderful and balanced personality with a blend of empathy, patience and intelligence. A thoughtful person with high business acumen and HR competence. Monali is a Computer Science graduate and completed her Management degree in Human Resource in 2004. Working with corporates she identified the issues actually faced by small and medium companies which ceased their growth. With this thought SAN HR Advisors and HRCI was founded.
